Sweden’s ViciSolum Productions Signs Denmark’s Road To Jerusalem; MIRP Speaks to Per Møller Jensen (drums) and Josh Tyree (vocals)
Road To Jerusalem just signed a deal with Sweden’s ViciSolum Productions. With their debut release scheduled for early 2018, and a tour currently scheduled as support for Orphaned Land in the spring, anticipation for their full release and the ability to see them live is in full force.
MIRP recently sat down with Road To Jerusalem’s energetic and talented vocalist Josh Tyree and talked at length about the band. You can hear the entire audio interview below.
MIRP also had the pleasure of sitting down with Per Møller Jensen a few months ago, and asked him if the two available songs (“Behold In Now,” and “Under Your Skin”) are a good representation of the entire album. “I think the record covers a lot of ground, so there are more songs that would differ quite a bit from the two mentioned. But I would say yes, because the sound of the band is unmistakable throughout the entire record.”
We also asked Jensen why now was the right time for Road To Jerusalem. “It just feels so right at this point. There were some personal issues in the band, some things had to be overcome and taken care of. The wait became a little longer than any of us had wished, but the strength we had as a group, once united, told us that we picked just the right time.”
