Zoli also hits upon topics such as racism and prejudice in America and the insanity of war told to him from the stories of hardship and perseverance of his immigrant family while making their journey west through war torn Europe finally ending up in Los Angeles California.
Additionally there is a song called "Nothing Can Stop Me" that they have been playing live already. The song is dedicated to a friend of theirs who is fighting a brain tumor.

Taking a page from heroes METALLICA and GUNS N' ROSES, Los Angeles breakthrough metal act, BUTCHER BABIES, have recorded an EP of cover tunes that will surely please fans of the band, as well as fans of the artists that performed them originally. TitledUncovered, this EP will be released on September 30 in North America (October 6 in Europe) and features the following five tracks:
1. Beer Drinkers and Hell Raisers
2. They're Coming to Take Me Away
3. Don't Give a Fuck
4. Crazy Horses
5. Pussy Whipped
BUTCHER BABIES' Carla Harvey (vocals) comments: "It was a blast recording songs that we have been fans of our entire lives and putting our spin on them. We all chose a song that had some significance to us. My pick was 'They're Coming to Take Me Away' by NAPOLEAN XIV because I have a vivid memory of my stepdad, who I considered completely insane, playing it over and over again on his car stereo when I was a pre-teen. The song is about being taken away to a mental institution. I can still see him tapping his fingers on his steering wheel to the beat..."
BUTCHER BABIES' Heidi Shepherd (vocals) adds: "As an eight or nine-year-old little girl, I used to rummage through my parents' albums and 8-tracks looking for some cool music. In hopes that my parents had at least a little bit of good taste, I would play every single song looking for something that I could latch on to. That's when I came across 'Crazy Horses' by THE OSMONDS; it was the heaviest song I had heard at that age. I would play that song over and over and over again, I was addicted. To this date, it's still one of my favorite songs and reminds me so much of growing up in Provo, Utah."
In regards to BUTCHER BABIES' cover of THE OSMONDS' "Crazy Horses", Donny Osmond comments: "When we released 'Crazy Horses,' we were pushing against what THE OSMONDS were known for, but it became a greatest hit. The BUTCHER BABIES have reinvented this song in a creative and innovative way -- and that's what music is about. Now...What if I had recorded 'Puppy Love' like this?"

BUTCHER BABIES released their Century Media debut full length, Goliath, last summer and took part in that year's Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, where they are a mainstay on the Jagermeister stage and a breakout band of the fest. Following that, they toured the US with the legendary Glenn Danzig and were invited to play at Rob Zombie's Great American Nightmare. Early 2014 saw the band invade Europe for the first time, where they quickly established themselves as one of the dominant new-comers in the global heavy metal scene. The band then spent the Spring of 2014 on tour with BLACK LABEL SOCIETY and DOWN, playing on many of America's premier metal festivals - Columbus OH's Rock on the Range and Oklahoma's Rocklahoma, to name a few.
It was on this tour that the band made plans to record some of their favorite tunes. Each band member chose a track, and in the early summer of this year, they entered the studio with producer Logan Mader (DEVILDRIVER, GOJIRA, 5 FINGER DEATH PUNCH) to dissect and "butcher" these five classics, creating something all their own.
Shortly before the release of Uncovered, BUTCHER BABIES will embark on their first headlining run in the US. The band will end their tour playing at this year's Knotfest, taking place in San Bernardino, CA. A complete list of their upcoming tour dates is below:

Century Media founder launches new label ANOTHER CENTURY
Century Media Records founder, Robert Kampf, has announced the formation of a new record label, Another Century. The label will focus on hard rock and has already signed 3 bands to the roster: Los Angeles rock veterans, Rev Theory, New Zealand's rising stars,Like A Storm, and Chicago based, The Bloodline. Kampf comments:
Twenty five years after starting Century Media the excitement to do another version of the label could not be any larger. My undying love for rock has driven the formation of this label ANOTHER CENTURY. Over the years great bands like Otherwise and In This Moment have been released on Century Media but sometimes got lost or felt ill mixed among some of the heavier CM bands. Another Century now has a clear path and mission statement: To develop and break the best bands in rock to come!!!
Otherwise is gearing up to release their sophomore album, Peace At All Costs, onSeptember 16 and currently is having massive success with their single, Darker Side of the Moon, http://youtu.be/CHh9YSwZR0U, which is currently #29 on the US Active Rock charts. The album was produced by David Bottrill (Tool, Muse) and mixed by Jay Ruston (Steel Panther). The band is set to hit the road with Like A Storm next month and will be appearing at Sacramento's Aftershock festival as well as Louisville's Louder Than Life fest.
Rev Theory, formed in 2002, have sold over half a million albums and are currently wrapping up the recording for their next album. The first single, Born 2 Destroy, is making its way to radio soon. A teaser for the song as well as the single's artwork can be seen here. http://youtu.be/6OZ70NAGxYo
New Zealand's Like A Storm are the rock world's 2014 Cinderella story. The band self-released the EP, Chaos Theory: Part I and made their way over to the States touring with the likes of Sick Puppies, Shinedown, Alter Bridge and Creed as well as hit several festivals. The band sent their single, Love The Way You Hate Me,http://youtu.be/4im52LBhWnM to radio and personally called stations to play the track. The song became a hit, soaring up the charts, where it currently is sitting at number 22, making them the US's highest charting rock band ever from New Zealand. The band will have a new full length out on Another Century on October 28th and are currently on tour now, meeting up with Otherwise next month.
The Bloodline was formed by Shaun Glass (Soil) and feature vocalist Travis Neal (Divine Heresy), guitarist Chuck Wepfer and Frankie Harchut on drums. The Bloodline is currently in the studio recording their debut album and deliver a huge fresh sound in Rock/Metal with massive hooks, soaring melodies and pummeling grooves that will ignite any listeners ears.
Century Media Records is pleased to announce the signing of Denver, Colorado's HAVOK. The young thrash metal quartet have worked nonstop releasing 3 albums and touring the world the past 5 years and are poised to take their music and career to another level.
"We're so excited to sign with Century Media!" exclaims guitarist Reece Scruggs. "Their reputation as a front running metal label is obvious. Timeless albums that have influenced us as individuals, and as a band, have been released through the label, and we aim to become a part of that tradition."
"I'm pleased to add HAVOK to our artist roster," says Century Media President Marco Barbieri. "I have watched the band evolve and progress musically and highly admire their work ethic and commitment to metal and their fans."
HAVOK just concluded extensive tours of Asia, South America and Canada and will be starting a month-long onslaught of European shows this weekend, including performing at many of the continent's prestigious festivals, as well as off-dates with SUFFOCATION and SKELETONWITCH (dates below).
"I can't wait to see what will be accomplished with Century Media behind our next album," states singer/guitarist David Sanchez. "The next record is going to be the best yet, so you'd better start exercising those neck muscles!"

PEACE AT ALL COSTS will be in stores at the end of this Summer.

Darker Side of the Moon is just the beginning of the journey that we plan to take with everyone. The Moon is a heavenly body that we've come to cherish and worship throughout our meager lives... but there is another side to it that most of us know nothing about. We hope that our album Peace At All Costs will help the world navigate the depths of its own darkness and break through into the Light on the other side.

The album chronicles moments out of a whole "day", from sunrise to midnight. 'Am I A Nomad?' takes place mid-morning, and was written towards the end of an international tour. At the time I was reflecting on how life as a touring musician is a nomadic one; and how I often feel more comfortable on the road than stationary. It's a feeling I've had my whole life. I've never felt at home anywhere. I'm starting to think I feel most at home constantly traveling everywhere.
The album features contributions from some very notable guests, including Haley Dekle(Dirty Projectors), Isaiah "Ikey" Owens (The Mars Volta), Peter Hale (Here We Go Magic), Ian Longwell (Santigold), Jaleel Bunton (TV On The Radio), Mauro Refosco(Atoms For Peace) & Jamie Miller (...Trail of Dead).
Autry comments on the band:
"Midnight Masses is my longest standing creative project and I'm privileged to have my bandmates in ...Trail of Dead occasionally join in as well as have so many other friends contribute. What started off as a therapeutic way for me to reflect and document the death of several family members and friends has turned into a musical endeavour that draws not just from grief, but the recognition of life. I've been heavily influenced by many musicians and visual artists along the way, and intend to convey the story of loss, self-discovery, and hope that permeates throughout."
The band have recently released a special behind the scenes look at the making of album, including some short snippets of music.

Midnight Masses was started in the spring of 2008 by Autry Fulbright and Jason Reece shortly after the death of Autry's father. The sudden loss compelled him to seek solace through music and travel with his friends. One of his friends was Gerard Smith of TV on the Radio who had recently begun documenting various Brooklyn musicians in his home studio. Midnight Masses quickly grew from a bedroom project to a multi-media collective with a revolving cast of musicians, filmmakers, and visual artists with Jason Reece contributing when not occupied with ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead.
